Hi

I?m just trying to write a business a plan for a shop on East Dulwich

Hoping to open up a community hub / retail venture of sorts

Can you help with the following

Estimated utilities bills Gas and electricity

Best internet provider and price

Best insurance and monthly fee (Non food)

Business rates / Additional council charges Etc

I welcome your feedback
