Builder Recommendation for Roof Terrace

A heads up that roof terraces can cause massive legal snd financial issues if not done properly. They need planning permission, check with lawyer that you have a right in lease to do so, don?t assume, and make sure the roof can take the structure and no corners are cut. Remember buildings insurance will mean you will need regular roof inspections.
