Play, stretch & connect - starts tomorrow in Nunhead

This is a friendly and relaxed 6 week mum & baby course for babies 6-12 months.

At each session you will learn baby yoga poses, baby massage strokes, enjoy play & activity time with your baby and have time to connect with other mums too. Your baby will receive their own play pack which includes toys to enjoy every session at at home too.

STARTS WEDNESDAY 7TH OCTOBER - 18TH NOVEMBER, from 1.30-2.30pm AT THE GREEN COMMUNITY CENTRE, NUNHEAD, SE15 -8 spaces available
