Can't post in 'For sale.. '! Can anyone help?

Trying to advertise my car for sale: have tried from laptop, iPad, iPhone, work computer, with photos (within the attachment size limit), without photos.... Nothing! Shows me the preview fine, but nothing happens when I hit post. Please help!

It's actually bump that's the problem, so many people were bumping up their posts by writing "bump" there's a ban on it on those sections of the forum.
