Plastic sign with one side blank

Does anyone have a sign that I can re-use? I want to use it to write "keep off private property".

Or if anyone has an unwanted sign with this phrase, that would be perfect!

The ones that I've seen so far have printing on both sides which makes it hard for me to re-use with my own writing.

But yes, that's pretty much what I'm after. Hoping someone has one with one side that is relatively blank. If I can't find one, then I might have to paint over an existing one, which isn't the end of the world.
