House or garden flat wanted

I am GP working in SE London and am looking for a garden flat or house with garden to rent min 2 bedrooms.

I am moving out of my family home at the end of Nov so need somewhere by then but happy to take something before if the right place is available. I am on my own but have a small dog , hence the reason for a garden.

I am looking to rent for 6-12 months. Anywhere around East Dulwich, Peckham, Brixton , Camberwell etc.
