Building work on Sylvester Road sorting office

Hi does anyone know why the building work at the sorting office in Sylvester Road has stopped I have a building site at the end of my garden and they?ve section off some of a small section of my garden and also the neighbours They did stop for a short time when Covid started but then it resumed for a few weeks

Please ensure you have a Party Wall agreement with them to ensure your garden and wall are returned in an acceptable standard. Such agreements are made at the cost of the party making changes within 2m of a boundary - and they pay for you to employ a Party Wall Surveyor.

The number of horror stories when people didn't exercise their rights in this respect.
