We are selling this keyboard with a sustain pedal. This has lovely weighted keys and great sound. My daughter has got to Grade 5 and now need a a full size. You can get a stand for ?20 but we intend to keep it for occasional use

With new keyboard. Or we would include the stand for an extra ?15.

  Speak to the Estate Agents, expect most will say get it on the market rather than spend money which may well be wasted when the next owner changes things. Get a couple of friends round and ask them honestly what rough or unfinished things come to their attention. Weeds in the front. Door that doesn't close properly. Arrangements in the kitchen. Whatever! There may be minor things that can put people off. Clean your windows!

  Garage in West Dulwich by Rosendale Pub - been using them for years. Highly recommend them for all cars. Reliable and honest and will point you in the right direction if they can’t help. Were great with my VW.
