Recommendation: Sawm Health & Beauty, Lordship Lane

I just went for my first wax since lockdown (badly needed!) at Sawm Health & Beauty, and wanted to recommend Sawm to others. It's a small salon based at 491 Lordship Lane, and Sawm has really gone to great lengths to make sure the environment is safe for clients and staff (cleaning, masks, sanitiser, extra time between appointment).

She is a fantastic, thorough waxer with a kind, professional manner, and her prices are really reasonable (I paid ?38 for a Hollywood with slightly fancier hot wax because I'm a chicken). Am hoping to go back to her soon for a massage. She also has an independent nail technician in on Tuesdays.

If you want to support a local woman-owned business and get a great treatment, I can't recommend Sawm highly enough.

    • That's a good well  considered letter 👍
    • The Post Offices and the Royal Mail should be renationalised. Massive mistake privatising industries where competition doesn't work properly and certainly does not offer any advantage to end users.
