Free Running Analysis at The Running School (East Dulwich) - Open Day on 20/10/12

The Running School now located at ESPH health & fitness centre, 116 Lordship Lane, in East Dulwich SE22 8HD, are having an Open Day on Saturday 20 October 2012.

We are offering a free ? hour Biomechanical Analysis of your running technique (normally valued at ?75).

The sessions involve a 1:1 session with our Running School Coach, Chris, who will analyse your running technique to identify your strengths and weaknesses. This session will be tailored to your fitness level and running experience, and is suitable for kids (from 6 years old) and adults.

What a great way to prepare you for the upcoming Spring/Summer running and triathlon events or just to motivate you with getting back into running and in shape!
