Can you recommend an Estate Agent?

Alistair,

I appreciate your efforts to market the property but the bad taste lingers, it has delayed our sale by weeks.

Such was the lack of proactivity that the concept of reducing the price, or indeed doing anything differently to try to stimulate viewings, was at no point suggested by the KFH team.

We were forced to reduce the price as a result of KFH's overvaluation.

Best regards

Chris

Spencer Kennedy gave me a bottle of chilled champagne when I bought through them. Real French stuff too. None of your Aldi Lambrusco. In my small, low rent, easily influenced mind, that makes them clearly the best estate agent in the area. For now anyway.

Currently I'm having a very good selling/regular comms/on the ball experience with the team Winkworth. When the market fell off a cliff in 2008-2010 and others packed up, Winkworth with their slightly posher name, serif font and dynamic duo carried on. Often til 9pm some nights eating custard creams, jam sandwiches and making calls. They get maximum business respect for their recessionary work ethic. Haart on the other hand only had digestives and Kia-Ora so they're no good.

Foxtons are stuck in the 1980's with their coke, Perrier and giant all glass c&^! aquarium. Despite that, their equally loathsome private equity backers stand to make a profit on their upcoming IPO - but not from East Dulwich. Their current 0% deal is only on in desperation at their poorest performing branches. Which tells you all you need to know.
