Jules-and-Boo
Depends if you have the money to have your oven cleaned for you. If I did, I would.I bought the oven cleaner.I think the products are basically the same, so just pick one for your budget (and check reviews). You can get spray that you leave in the oven and you can get bags to put the oven shelves in 9leave overnight). All pretty easy really. This one is environmentally friendlyhttps://www.amazon.co.uk/HG-oven-grill-barbecue-cleaner/dp/B000IU3VU8/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?adgrpid=104178742296&dchild=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4Lzxreim6wIVF-DtCh1_ZAT1EAAYAiAAEgLmsPD_BwE&hvadid=446615810628&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=1006886&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=10122903030421041398&hvtargid=kwd-315942341240&hydadcr=18481_1816600&keywords=eco+friendly+oven+cleaner&qid=1597824584&sr=8-1-spons&tag=googhydr-21&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyN1BJWVdQU0IzRDQmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTA0MTk1ODAxMElRMlZWOFhXVExDJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAwNjM2MzExVkE3VjlJOUxKUVZYJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==#customerReviews Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261200-best-way-to-clean-an-oven/#findComment-1444501 Share on other sites
TheArtfulDogger
I tend to find it easier to just throw the oven away and get a newer cleaner one installed No more burnt on casserole and no messy chemicals As when we die we all turn to dust, I don't dust the house either incase I sweep up a friend Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261200-best-way-to-clean-an-oven/#findComment-1444566 Share on other sites
malumbu
With the lightening of employees protection as a result of Brexit you will soon be able to employ young boys to clean your chimneys and ovens. Making Britain great again sadly will not mean recolonising much of the world but we can return to some good Victorian values. JL Dulwich
I just had Stefan from Oven Rescue clean 2 ovens, replace a broken oven light and clean the pan rests on the hob. He scrubbed for 4 hours and did a fantastic job. Totally worth the money!https://www.ovenrescue.co.uk/oven-cleaning/south-east-london-east-dulwich.html Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261200-best-way-to-clean-an-oven/#findComment-1445312 Share on other sites
DovertheRoad
This guy has had almost as many good reviews for this on here as gardener Fernando "he was so good with his hands" Pinto. He did mine last year and it was excellent.Oven Cleaner Stuart 07976 705 693 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261200-best-way-to-clean-an-oven/#findComment-1445462 Share on other sites
