katezerooo
Hi all - just a quick one, I'm bringing my kitten to the Neighbourhood vets on Lordship lane this afternoon, does anyone know the nearest place I can park? I'm not familiar with driving in the area. Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261026-parking-near-lordship-lane-vets/ Share on other sites
Ginster
Pretty sure the roads off it haven't had the parking restrictions put in yet - so Ashbourne, Chesterfield etc if you can find a space. KidKruger
Was about to help with this - but there are two vets on LL. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261026-parking-near-lordship-lane-vets/#findComment-1444039 Share on other sites
katezerooo
Oh sorry - the neighbourhood vets! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261026-parking-near-lordship-lane-vets/#findComment-1444044 Share on other sites
KidKruger
In that case:2x spaces directly outside Barclays, which is across the side road from the vets.A handful of spaces outside co-op, which is a couple doors along from vets on same block.About 4 spaces outside M&S, which is a few metres from Barclays in opposite direction of vets (but same side of road).Usual parking on side streets nearby and on LL, across road from vets. The actual question is whether there'll be spaces free, rather than where the parking spaces are !! Zig-Zag
I feel a bit pessimistic about you being able to find a space close by. I have exactly the same problem when taking my cats to the vet and usually have to try and persuade somebody to come with me and drop me off and then take the car away. The cats are terrified of the traffic noise and people on the pavements if I have to walk far with a cat basket.I really hope you are lucky finding a space Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261026-parking-near-lordship-lane-vets/#findComment-1444189 Share on other sites
OscarM
I took my cat in last week. Parking is tricky but I found a place on Ashbourne Grove. I normally find that you?ll get a space somewhere, but just leave plenty of time as there might be a little bit of a walk. Hope that helps! Growlybear
It's much easier to go to Lordship Lane Vets - you can always park directly outside, about 1m from the door! Earl Aelfheah
They have a small car park behind the vets. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/261026-parking-near-lordship-lane-vets/#findComment-1444484 Share on other sites
