Have you had a motorbike /scooter stolen today?

Hi there

If any one has had a motorbike/ scooter stolen this morning (Friday) I might be able to help. At 10.15ish this morning I saw a man on a motorbike driving all over the place without a helmet and trying to make a call at the same time on Crawthew/ spurling Road. It just looked very suspicious and he then stopped at the goose green end of spurling road and I took a picture. I think the motorbike wax blue but not entirely sure.
