Does anybody know much about this and the costs to leaseholders.


As well as possible huge payments for cladding replacement for some it looks like leaseholders may have to pay an extra service charge for building safety and cough up if the builder/government created faults whilst building.


At the same time I'm seeing talk of removing leasehold status and replacing with commonhold status which is sort of contadictory.


I find Robert Jenrick rather difficult to follow :)
