Hi there, my name is Kamlyn Chak and I am a local children's and adult yoga teacher.

As a fundraising event for a local not for profit orginisation, Project Yogi, I will be running a Family yoga session in Burgess park.

When: Friday 21st August

Where: Burgess Park, Southwark, exact location pin and map will be sent when you register

Time: 11.30 - 12.30

Age: 5 - 80!!

Cost: Donations can be made to Project Yogi's Go fund me page

We will be outdoors (weather permitting!) exploring different postures, partner work, yoga games, mindfulness and lots more! I am encouraging people to bring their own mats/blankets, or just come and practice on the grass, no equiptment needed!
