Issues with post

Has anyone else not received any post for ages? Have been expecting some for a while but haven?t seen the post man at all. We live in a house of flats so even if there was none for me I am very used to seeing post come in for neighbours.

Yes, we went away for a week last week, came back to 2 letters for 7 days, this is not normal.

I doubt if there is any sense of urgency because since the covid even legal documents are signed online using zoom or something for I.D. so there is no need to even go to the solicitors' office...(maybe the posties are working from home...sorry joke in bad taste!) BIrthday cards being sent out have been arriving OK so far

Ahhhh..! Been waiting for parcel and guess what? Very neat hand writing informing me that could not fit through letterbox! Could postie not have rung neighbours doorbell to leave parcel? So going to trek to Peckham tomorrow - no doubt there will be problems. No point in redelivery as no longer can one leave with neighbour!

Lordship lane end of Upland road - missing a parcel and two letters posted a month ago. But have received letters posted recently. Has a batch from the first part of August ended up in a pile somewhere?

I recently received a text saying my parcel (I was tracking it) had been sent to the wrong depot and would be delayed! I wonder if this is a common occurrence, or even an excuse for poor delivery service?
