Hello, I hope everyone is well.

I am setting up a group to help raise awareness of the dangers of vaccinations, particularly in light of the impending COVID-19 vaccine, and the likelihood of it being mandatory.

I aim to inform people of the fallacies of the Germ Theory of disease, and why the Terrain Theory of disease is true.

If anyone is interested in joining, and, or would like more information, please do send me a message.

Thank you.

One thing I never understood

People objected to the MMR (for what ever reason) so why did /does the NHS not offer two paths

Path one: MMR if you had no issues with it

Path two: three separate injections for Mumps , measles and rubella ?

Thus no gaps in the immunization program and everyone is largely happy (okay there is a cost but compared to long term costs of a lack of take up these would be mitigated)

Maybe I live in a simple uncomplicated world in my head at times.

Spartacus,

Why do you think people objecting to MMR would accept even one of the individual vaccines let alone all three?

Antivaxers can be selective, of course, eg in believing the "evidence" of the link between MMR and autism, while ignoring all the subsequent counter evidence, and the fact that the original "evidence" was fraudulent, for which the perpetrator was struck off the medical register.

Perhaps the OP would explain the "fallacies of the Germ Theory of disease" here on this forum, rather than using the Forum to lure people through private messaging into his/her bubble of dangerous ignorance.

I have no idea what Germ Theory of disease is. Moving away from theory to observable evidence, growing up in the 50s, polio was a very real danger that paralysed and even killed children. Mass vaccination was introduced, as a result that particular disease was eradicated from the UK. Similarly, children born with congenital rubella syndrome have virtually disappeared in the UK as a result of teenage girls receiving immunisation. The OP wants to ?raise awareness of the dangers of vaccinations? when the danger lies in listening to the anti-Vaxxers.

    • I've not had any success over the last three years.  Repositioning it this year.  I heard of some twitchers homing in on a nest as they could hear a swift, only to find out that it was a recording which attempts to lure swifts in.  We only have a small number above Horniman Gardens.  I've seen them close to ground in Sydenham and Clapham  I think half the issue is disruption in and from their wintering grounds where there are less favourable conditions than in years gone past.
    • We got Leon back to wire in our new oven. He is excellent: responsive, friendly, does a good job, and happy to take small jobs. Highly recommended! +44 7707 925039

    • I've not posted any restaurant reviews here for a while, but with the long Easter weekend approaching I thought I'd serve an update. I recently reviewed The Palmerston and elsewhere became involved in a debate about the best pub lunch in SE22. So which ones do readers here currently rate?  Yes I know people can just do a search for "Best pub lunch" but as well as new eateries popping up all the time two of the places I've reviewed – EDT and Bishop – have had a reboot since I reviewed them so I'm interested in hearing how they are doing now. Click eats dulwich to read reviews.
