We have just received the keys to our new house and are pleased as punch. This is the third build project we?ve done and it has been soooooo different from the other two! All down to our fantastic builder Paul. He?s been so great that I wanted to give him a plug on here:

- best value of the three quotes we got

- stuck to his labour quote - no hidden costs or trying to renegotiate later on

- polite, respectful, trustworthy

- provided meticulous materials receipts so we could see exactly what he spent on our behalf

- always quick to suggest a good solution when we encountered issues

- a team of really polite guys on site. Never a single issue with mess, noise etc

- immaculate finish: huge attention to detail
