I have a two bedroom flat that I am looking to let out from mid / end of August. The flat has a big garden and a summer house. I'm looking for ?1,750 a month.

It's on the East Dulwich side of Peckham Rye, so around a 10 minute walk to Nunhead.

That is a bit above my budget. I was looking for around ?1600 max, I guess you can't come down that much?
