Flooring repair recommendation wanted

Hello

Does anyone have a recommendation for a flooring expert? We have taken our lino floor up to discover that the square wood chip tiles beneath have been glued over. We?d like to get them restored in keeping with the rest of the house. Any ideas for someone who can help us?

He laid some new floor for me and sanded and lacquered some old flooring too and I'm really happy with the results.
