Huge double in gorgeous Victorian terrace from Aug

Greetings, I'm looking for someone to fill a charming, light, very large, well-appointed room in my Victorian house.

House is 7 mins from East Dulwich station, 12 mins from Peckham Rye and 12 mins from Denmark Hill.

House has high spec large kitchen, gorgeous garden and newly renovated bathroom - shared with only one other.

I'm a freelance writer working in interior design. I work from home.

Would love a busy professional who just wants to crash in the evenings and doesn't really have to be social. Would prefer someone who doesn't want to socialise at the house lots and doesn't invite lots of friends over but is happy for quiet household drinks and dinners occasionally. Very laid back and friendly. Creative type would be ideal.

Another housemate who works in the music industry will be joining the household in September.
