Looking for after school nanny from Sept

I have two boys who attend Heber Primary School (reception and Y2) and I'm looking for someone who can pick them up from school (3.20) and look after them until around 5/6pm. (Approx 15 hours a week). Willing to consider nanny/nanny share or childminder. Recommendations welcome too.
