sunbob
Does anyone know how much a childminder charges? Is it less than double for two children? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25794-childminder-going-rate/ Share on other sites
Helen GV
I'd say ?50 to ?60 a day. Some may give a sibling discount, worth asking! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25794-childminder-going-rate/#findComment-579311 Share on other sites

hellosailor
Most childminders charge ?50 a day. I have never heard of anyone paying as much as ?60 but perhaps there are those that charge as much as that. ?50 a day is what all my friends who have a childminder pay. Convex
I've been quoted ?60 for a childminder, but most I have seen are ?50Also check whether they charge you extra for group activities that they go to, and travel costs Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25794-childminder-going-rate/#findComment-579444 Share on other sites

maritap
My fees are inclusive of outings, playgroups, nappies, wipes , food and snacks. The children receive a present on birthdays and Christmas. Sometimes my parents are running late and I charge no extra for this either so I think I'm pretty fair. I love my job Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25794-childminder-going-rate/#findComment-579456 Share on other sites

crystal7
I have been quoted 45-70. Pay ours 50 which includes all meals and snacks. We provide nappies and wet wipes. Some cms don't do food, personally I would rather pay more to postpone packed lunch making for a few more years! Not sure about siblings, worth asking though.
