I can recommend Amy Lamont Fitness.

She also has a website with free and paid content. New stuff is added almost daily.

There's quite a range available, work outs, weight classes, combat style and Pilox, among others.

She gives regressive moves that you can try until you become familiar with it all and your fitness improves.

Her good humour and lovely personality comes across. Amy has kept me sane and fit throughout lockdown.

She also does classes locally which I'm sure will be available again soon.

Gokay is really good.


He is a body transformation coach and a personal trainer.

I?m proud to say I?ve been a long-term client of Gokay. The most important thing of the whole experience is that it?s good fun and I look forward to every session as no two sessions are ever the same.
