I am looking for a 2 bedroom property for me and my 2 children (5 and 2 years old) as close as possible to Bessemer Grange Primary school as it's where my children go to school.

I do have a property on Basingdon way. The tenants who are leaving have 2 children at Bessemer. They've enjoyed living there for 8 years.

Its 4th floor flat with balcony 2 double bed, 1 large reception and kitchen of course ?1600. Whats your situation? I have to do full reference/financial checks. Amanda
