Any recommendations for letting agents please? I am a landlady looking to let a 1 bed flat.I am wanting to switch from my current agency as they have recently hikedfees right up!

Have used Acorn before - make sure you keep an eye out (in the small print) for their renewal fee/percentage cut should your tenants decide to stay on beyond the initial tenancy period. Money for absolutely nothing ............
