A big bright double room with loads of storage space & a double room are going in our beautiful house in Brockley/Crofton Park. Rent is ?735 / ?560 and bills are around ?80 each.

Looking for friendly, clean and considerate nice human beings to join me!! Ideally people on their late 20s onwards. I'm a painter and printmaker that also works in a museum, I'm in my early 30s, sociable and loves a good chat but also enjoy peaceful times and doing my own things.

It's a sociable house perfectly balance with respectful independent living, with film nights now and then and bbq's in our lovely garden. It's a bright 3 bedroom Victorian house.
