Pedro Rey
Dear All, just a quick reminder that dogs are still meant to be kept on their leads in the cemetery, as per the link below: unfortunately, a dog running free killed one of our neighbours' cats today, grabbing it off the cemetery wall at the end of their garden; their kids heard a commotion out the back - and found their dead pet a few minutes later when they got round there. Horrible and completely avoidable. https://www.southwark.gov.uk/parks-and-open-spaces/parks/nunhead-cemetery Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/255675-dogs-in-nunhead-cemetery/ Share on other sites

KidKruger
Are there signs on the gates advising that during this period it's dogs ON LEAD ONLY ?If not, users of the space may believe they are still allowed to have dogs off lead in the areas usually allowed. However, long-term, that wouldn't help cats necessarily (when the rules go back to normal).
