Seeking 3-4 bedroom property to rent from the middle of July

We're looking for a home to rent for a minimum of six months from the middle of July (ideally with a tenancy starting somewhere between the 17th and 24th July) in Dulwich Village or East Dulwich for a family of four.

We need reasonably easy access to DVIS and Gumboots Nursery on Crystal Palace Road so will consider any property within a 20 minute walk of either of those locations.

We need a minimum of 3 bedrooms (ideally 4) and some outdoor space. Ideally furnished, or at least partly furnished to include items such as a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. We are between houses having sold just prior to lockdown and have only just had an offer accepted on a property.
