Hello, my name is Maia and I am looking for a family which would be interested in a live-in or a live-out housekeeper. I?ve been a cleaner and cook for 5 years, prior to that i was a private housekeeper for 6 years for a lovely family of 6 in Georgia. I can provide as many references as you need from my previous clients, I have no criminal record and I have the right to work in the UK. I can email my CV to anyone who?s interested. Also I speak Russian and Georgian fluently.

  Who is signing the petition? If they are real people, entitled to vote in the UK, guess what? Mainly Tory and Reform voters. Not really a surprise. And the opposition have not done themselves any favours with the new leader and others signing it. Move on, and come back in four years when we have the next GE.

  How would you have phrased the letter then? And what are these services they provide that "people pay for in droves that commercially justify keeping it open"? If keeping it open was commercially justified, then presumably they wouldn't be considering closing it. Have I misunderstood you?
