Looking for a 3 bed family home with garden for sale in SE15/SE5 other areas considered

Hi, we are a young family looking to buy our first home in preferably SE15 or SE5 but will consider other surrounding areas also. Ideally not further south than honor oak/Forrest hill at a push.

The main things we are looking for are: 3 beds, ideally a large-ish garden, not too far from a station, close to good schools and something we can put our own stamp on. We aren?t afraid of a project, big or small!

Our budget is not over ?700,000 but less than that if the property needs work obviously.
