Hi everyone!

Looking for recommendations for an accountant to support the financial administration of a small limited property management company in a block of flats.

Ideally, someone experienced in the administrative issues associated with having a head lease run by volunteers.

If anyone has a recommendation from their own experience, I?d be really grateful for details.

  Who is signing the petition? If they are real people, entitled to vote in the UK, guess what? Mainly Tory and Reform voters. Not really a surprise. And the opposition have not done themselves any favours with the new leader and others signing it. Move on, and come back in four years when we have the next GE.

  How would you have phrased the letter then? And what are these services they provide that "people pay for in droves that commercially justify keeping it open"? If keeping it open was commercially justified, then presumably they wouldn't be considering closing it. Have I misunderstood you?
