I?m a proud mum of 2 living in Nunhead/Peckham, but also working internationally offering online/remote services. After a 24-year long professional career as a newborn/infant specialist, I had decided to continue my journey as a sleep consultant/sleep coach. With a science and evidence-based approach I want to share with you my knowledge and understanding about the importance of sleep. I believe it?s possibly one of the best gifts you can give to your child in the long-term.
