My partner and I are on the look out for a lovely 1-2 bed garden flat in East Dulwich / Peckham / Nunhead area to call home. We're looking for long term so happy to sign a 1-2 year contract, furnished or unfurnished, to move in end of Aug (ideally 19th but can be flexible). Our budget is ?1600-?1700 p/month.

A little background on us: I am a Producer for stills and video shoots and my partner, Sinclair is a lighting & photo tech for fashion photographers, we're both full-time employed. We're both interested in design so would love a space that has this in mind.

We have a 1 bed garden flat in East Dulwich - Lacon Road - that is ready to rent. It has just been decorated throughout and has period features. It also has the benefit of a study. The rent is ?1,400 pcm.

Please advise if you require further details. We are private landlords who manage their own properties and have done so for the past 20 years. We are fully licensed with Southwark Council.
