We are a family of four living in SE22 looking for an after school nanny Monday-Friday, term-time only to look after our two sons (4 and 6). The role involves picking them up from school, bringing them home and helping with homework, playing and giving them supper.

Hours will be 3-6(or 6.30).

The ideal candidate will be warm, caring and fun. Bundles of energy and a love of Lego are required.

Some hours in the holidays may also be a possibility.

  Saw something on social media written by someone who had to take her dog to the vet with similar symptoms. Her vet said there was something going around in the dog population. Her dog was given two separate injections and recovered very quickly. Not in this area.

  I appealed against a fine issued by Southwark, and won. The adjudicator was businesslike, but also mentioned that several cases had come to him caught out by the same confusing signage. Is there any other parking that could reasonably have been used? Does the shop advise where to park? It sounds as though the time in the bay was a reasonable use. Even if you lose, I doubt that Southwark can increase the original charge. If you are going to appeal, don't delay. Take pictures of the scene if you think that might help, also provide the weight of the goods if that supports your case.
