I would like to thank the kind person who so kindly brought my parcel to me earlier this morning after it was wrongly delivered to them.

I was unable to say thank you properly on the interphone but I hope the person reads this as it was very much appreciated. Thank you very much.

    • They have considerably upped their prices since the refurb, in the larger shop at least  (though to reflect generally better quality clothes etc being sold, to be fair) so they can probably afford it. It's "vintage" now, not "charity shop." 🤣 Annoying for people like me who have always frequented charity shops and found bargains, and now there are loads of people shopping there, and very few real bargains! I'm assuming it's the same trend for the children's shop as for adult charity shops.
    • Long shot I know but my partner has lost his i-phone, probably somewhere in ED area? Thanks, all.
    • Saw someone being clippered today, so maybe its both
    • I've also been wondering about this. I haven't seen anyone carrying out the 'essential repairs'. It seems a shame (and a waste of money) to create this nice feature and then let it fall into disrepair. I used to enjoy standing on it and looking at the ducks and so did many other people, including children. Walking around the lake isn't the same at all.
