Seeking self contained accom for 1 term

I am a teacher at a local school and have worked there for 17 years. My husband and I are relocating to the Lake District as my mother is in palliative care, but I must complete my teaching contract until December.

I am looking for ideally a studio or semi-self contained au pair/annexe accomodation. I would be there Monday-Thursday stays for one academic term from 29th August until 18 December. I would not be in the flat from most Friday mornings until Sunday evening (although ideally I could leave belongings) and also not there at all for two weeks at the end of October, as it is half-term.
