Paralympics ExCel Day Pass - at what time do I have to go?

I have an ExCel Day Pass for tomorrow which I can use from 9am... Does anyone know if I have to be there by 9 or I can just go for the afternoon sessions?

you can go at whatever time you like. It starts to get really busy around

d lunchtime but there is still lots of room to move around and doesn't get oppressive
