Wanted- 1 Bed Flat to Call Home in Dulwich Area

I am looking to move into a 1 bedroom flat or a room in a private home from July 1st for a long term tenancy. I have been living in this area since 2001, and would very much like to stay around East Dulwich. I am a quiet and respectful single man, and I have recently been flat and house sitting for friends in Streatham, so I am happy to provide references and help with maintenance around the house, if necessary. We have a 1 bed garden in East DUwich - Lacon Road - that is ready to rent from 1st July 2020. It has just been decorated and has period features. We are fully licensed with Southwark Council and been landlords for over 20 years. We private manage our own rental.
