Hi,

My husband and I are searching for a 1 bed (or with small 2nd bedroom for office space) flat ideally with some outdoor space (balcony/terrace/garden) in East Dulwich /Forest Hill/Brockley area. We?re looking for a long term rental, unfurnished from mid-August. Our budget is up to ?1300 p/month excluding bills.

I?m a secondary school teacher, and my husband is a financial accounts manager. We?ve been living in Forest Hill for the last 3 years and love the area but are now looking for a flat with some more space!

Not sure if you have found somewhere yet but we have a 1 bed ground floor flat in Lacon Road with garden and study available as of 1st July (now really). Full redecorated and ready to go. We are private landlords with over 20 years experience and licensed by Southwark Council. Close to amenities and parking outside.
