Hello everyone,

I'm a live-in landlord (freelance creative - actor and playwright) looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my ground floor flat in East Dulwich located directly opposite Peckham Rye Common. ?725 pcm.

It's a nice, quiet flat with direct access to a 60ft communal garden as well as the beautiful Peckham Rye Common just across the road.
