Worlingham Road/Crawthew Road-Bottles of apple juice or Urine??

For some time now and every so often, there is bottles of some yellow substance lined up at on the pavement or electric box where Crawthew and Worlingham meet. Last week saw it on Crystal Palace Road- anybody any ideas what it is? It looks like apple juice or urine- either way someone help curious me!!
