Wanted: two bed flat to rent

Hi there

I am looking for a two bed flat to rent ideally long term for myself and my baby daughter. My partner lives nearby but as he works from home a lot, would not move in but would obviously visit a lot. We're struggling to find a place in the current climate. I work for the NHS and earn around 45k. I'm on maternity leave till later in the year but have savings also. Weirdly difficult to find a place, so assuming it's the baby aspect of things, as haven't had trouble before! Thank you
