Hello,

I am offering private yoga lessons online at a reduced rate: ?30 per 60 minute class. I have over 200 hours of teaching experience, 6 years of personal practise and I am certified by YogaAlliance. My lessons are accessible to all ages and levels of ability and I have experience of working with students with specific physical limitation and need. I teach mostly Hatha - which is generally slower with more static postures. I transferred all my private clients over to online sessions due to the covid-19 restrictions, and it?s worked surprisingly very well. My sessions are just as personal, collaborative and helpful for my students while at home.
