My partner and I are on the look out for a lovely 1-2 bed garden flat in East Dulwich / Bellenden area to call home. A 12 month rental, furnished or unfurnished, moving in early-mid June. Our budget is ?1600 p/month inclusive of all bills. We are looking at re-homing a small dog later this year, so a pet friendly home would be ideal.

A little background on us: I am a journalist and copywriter specialising in wine and food, and my partner Mark is a restaurateur who co-owns Levan and Larry's in Peckham.

We have a 2 bed Victorian garden flat becoming available at the beginning of June. It is in Lacon Road SE22. Our long term tenants are moving out in a couple of weeks so we cannot get photos until then.
