Scharlie
My African grey parrot escaped through the garden and we?ve been searching for him around our neighbours on Lordship Lane. Please keep an eye out I?m worried about him. Please let me know if you see him in your garden Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/252145-missing-parrot-lordship-lane/ Share on other sites
muffins78
Im sorry to hear this - I hope he comes home soon. What?s his name, does he have a favourite treat that he would approach someone for - if they see him? He may not be friendly to strangers so if anyone does see him it?ll be better off letting me get him. muffins78
Perfect at least he can hopefully be made stay somewhere If people can distract him with the bird nuts until you arrive :)My friend has an African Grey - they are gorgeous and full of personality - someone will spot him Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/252145-missing-parrot-lordship-lane/#findComment-1416567 Share on other sites
Scharlie
first mate Wrote:-------------------------------------------------------> Is he able to fly or are his wings clipped?I just spoke to my mum she told me his wings were never clipped and she saw him actually take off into the trees so I don?t think he?ll be found stuck in someone?s garden. He probably ran off to chase the wild parrots in the area. Maybe he?ll come back but at least I have the comfort of knowing he can fly away from any predators Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/252145-missing-parrot-lordship-lane/#findComment-1416573 Share on other sites

Mands
You need to go out calling before it gets light in the morning. If there are lots of trees nearby he will stay locally. Also register him lost on www.parrotalert.com and also on the Facebook pages Lost and Found parrots and also the parrot society https://theparrotsocietyuk.org/site/index.php/parrot-information/lost-and-found-parrots/Good luck with finding your parrot.
