Council gardeners

Hi has anyone noticed if gardens on any of the council estates have been tended to lately. We are a block of 24 flats and grass has not been cut for several months. Know it?s not a priority!! but just wondering

I saw gardeners tidying the library garden at the Plough Lordship Lane 16th April

Should think it's not a priority in the current situation.
