Dental hygienist during lockdown?

I normally regularly visit the dental hygienist, but I can't now because of the lockdown. I have a build-up of dried sodium fluoride on my electric toothbrush that normally the hygienist removes, but how I can I tackle this problem whilst we're in lockdown?

I have had 2 Text Reminders from Smile the Dentist on North Cross Road last week to inform me to make an appointment

with the hygienist.

They are not even open.

google says sodium fluoride dissolves in water, why dont you leave it in water overnight-maybe warm water?

Soak in water with one steradent tablet - it will remove all the buildup
