Plumber needed for small sealing job & assessment/quote for bigger job

Upstairs flat leaking into our property when shower is used

Owners not responsive so have to find plumber/someone who can do a short term fix. Happened several times before and usually sorted out in short term with silicone gun/grouting

This is leading to a bigger job as recurring issue and we are going to get it fixed PROPERLY if they don?t but can?t do it now

Will be able to social distance etc
